Open Spectral Library β Laboratorium Geospasial ITS
Speclib adalah repositori spektral signature (endmember) untuk mendukung analisis penginderaan jauh berbasis Linear Spectral Unmixing (LSU). Data spektral dikumpulkan menggunakan spektroradiometer lapangan, kemudian direduksi dan dipetakan ke kanal-kanal sensor satelit melalui berbagai metode transformasi.
Aplikasi ini dikembangkan dan dikelola oleh Lalu Muhamad Jaelani, Laboratorium Geospasial, Departemen Teknik Geomatika, Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) Surabaya.
Mereduksi banyak sampel repetisi menjadi satu kurva representatif per endmember:
Rata-rata (mean) dari seluruh sampel per panjang gelombang
Median dari seluruh sampel per panjang gelombang
Kuartil pertama (25%) dari sampel per panjang gelombang
Kuartil ketiga (75%) dari sampel per panjang gelombang
Rata-rata tertimbang Gaussianβsampel tengah lebih berbobot
Memetakan kurva spektral kontinu (resolusi ~1 nm) ke kanal diskrit sensor satelit (lebar 20β190 nm):
Rata-rata sederhana dari semua nilai reflectance dalam rentang FWHM band sensor
Ambil nilai reflectance pada panjang gelombang terdekat dengan band center sensor
Rata-rata tertimbang Gaussian di sekitar band center sensor, menggunakan FWHM
Keterangan: Rb = reflektansi band sensor, R(Ξ») = reflektansi spektral pada Ξ», Ξ»c = center wavelength band, FWHM = Full Width at Half Maximum, Ο = standar deviasi Gauss.
